Cheese Cutlet

Pointer 1: Choose crumbled cottage cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese.


  • 2  potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2  slice(s) bread
  • 1  onion finely chopped
  • 2  green chilli finely chopped
  • 2  tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2  tbsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Canola oil to toast
  • Salt to taste


Mash potatoes. Slightly wet the bread slices. Add to potatoes. Add the cheese. Mix well. Also add shredded onions, chilies, bread crumbs, coriander leaves and salt. Flatten the mixture into any shape you want. Place it on a flat pan. Toast on both sides and serve with a side of sliced onions, ketchup or chutney.
