Lettuce Wrap Filling


  • 1 cup firm tofu sautéd or broiled
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 2 zucchinis cut into cubes, sautéd
  • 2 green chillies, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 Tbsps. red chillie and garlic sauce
  • 2" diced ginger
  • 4 cloves diced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • Salt to taste

  • Method:

Sauté onions, garlic, ginger and chillies. Add cabbage, zucchini and continue sautéing. When they are half cooked, add the sauce and salt. Do not cover. Cook for another 5 mins. so the vegetables stay separate and are not completely cooked.

Serve with crisp lettuce leaves.
