Lettuce Wrap Filling
Ingredients:
- 1 cup firm tofu sautéd or broiled
- 1 red onion diced
- 2 zucchinis cut into cubes, sautéd
- 2 green chillies, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 Tbsps. red chillie and garlic sauce
- 2" diced ginger
- 4 cloves diced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
Sauté onions, garlic, ginger and chillies. Add cabbage, zucchini and continue sautéing. When they are half cooked, add the sauce and salt. Do not cover. Cook for another 5 mins. so the vegetables stay separate and are not completely cooked.
Serve with crisp lettuce leaves.
