Pasta with Tomatoes, swiss chard, goat cheese
Pasta with tomato sauce, swiss chard or kale and goat cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups swiss chard or kale
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 cloves diced garlic
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1/2 pack goat cheese or 4 Tbsp goat cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh crushed pepper


Method:

Cook pasta until it is three-quarters cooked. Blanch the swiss chard or kale for 6 minutes in hot boiling water. Drian water and transfer the greens to a colander for the remaining water to drain.

In a pan, add a Tbsp of olive oil. Throw in the garlic, sauté lightly and then add the fresh tomatoes. Continue to sauté for 5 more minutes, add the tomato sauce. Let everything cook together for 10 minutes on low heat.

Use a wide dish. Add the cooked pasta and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add the remaining olive oil and crushed black pepper. Spread the goat cheese on top and bake in 375 degree for 20 minutes.
