High nutrition, all natural raw food powerhouse - shredded carrot, green or gala apple, walnuts, sliced almonds, cucumber chunks
Pointer: Use all fresh and all organic if possible..
Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized carrot, shredded
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1 ripe mango, cut 1" square
- 1 cucumber, skinned and cut
- 1/2 cup, toasted walnuts and almonds halves
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 salt
- 1 tsp. honey
Method:
Toss all ingredients together and serve in place of an all vegetable salad.
