High nutrition, all natural raw food powerhouse - shredded carrot, green or gala apple, walnuts, sliced almonds, cucumber chunks

Pointer: Use all fresh and all organic if possible..

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized carrot, shredded
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, cut 1" square
  • 1 cucumber, skinned and cut
  • 1/2 cup, toasted walnuts and almonds halves
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1 tsp. honey


Method:

Toss all ingredients together and serve in place of an all vegetable salad.
