Mango Lassi
This is a popular drink in Indian restaurants but getting to be quite popular on the east and west coasts of the US as well. . They are simple to make at home. All it takes are some mango pulp and/or sweet ripe mangoes.
Pointer 1: Ripe, sweet mangoes taste best. Tart mangoes would need a lot of sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of mango pulp
- Few slices of skinned mango slices
- 1 cup of milk (any kind)
- 2 cups of buttermilk or yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
Method:
