Roasted Brussel Sprouts with garlic shreds
Pointer 1: Use only fresh tender brussel sprouts.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds brussel sprouts
- Olive oil to sprinkle over
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic shreds
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and trim ends off sprouts. Spread in a baking dish. Sprinkle olive oil evenly over sprouts. Add shreds of the garlic , fresh ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Roast it in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn them over and continue baking for another 25 minutes until all sides are evenly roasted to a light golden brown. Spread the lime juice evenly just before serving.
