Mango Ice Cream

Homemade Mango Ice cream

Pointer 1: Fresh or canned good quality mangoes, not too ripe.


  • 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, into smaller bits
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 can whipped cream

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a blender and blend at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour them into a plastic bowl, cover and freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove, add mango pieces, just fold into mix very slowly and replace bowl into freezer for another 30 minutes.

The mango ice cream is ready to be served!
